Is this AI or a real astrologer?
Both, honestly labelled. Every reading is AI-assisted: we draft it from your chart with AI, then a real astrologer in the Chatterjee studio reviews and refines it before delivery. On the Personal tier, Dr. S.S. Chatterjee personally reviews and attests your reading. You always see how your reading was prepared.
What system of astrology do you use?
Vedic astrology (jyotish) — the same tradition the Chatterjee family has practised for three generations. We can incorporate specific techniques (like KP or particular dasha systems) on request for certain readings.
How is this different from a free horoscope app?
A free app gives everyone with your sun sign the same paragraph. We read your full birth chart for your specific question, and a human writes the answer for you. It's the difference between a mass email and a letter.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. Every reading includes one round of written follow-up, free, within 14 days — so you can clarify anything that needs it.
Birth details
Do I need to know my exact birth time?
It helps sharpen the reading, but it's not required. If you don't know it, just tell us — we use a short set of questions and well-established techniques (like birth-time rectification) to work with an approximate or unknown time, and we'll always be honest about what that means for your result.
What if I don't know my birth place precisely?
The nearest city is almost always enough. Astrological calculations aren't sensitive to small distances, so "born in Pune" works perfectly.
Language & delivery
Can I get my reading in Hindi?
Yes — choose English or Hindi at checkout. More languages, including Bengali and Tamil, are on the way. The website itself is available in English and Hindi.
How will I receive my reading?
As a written reading in your account, which you can read on any device, save as a PDF, and return to whenever you like. We'll let you know by email and WhatsApp the moment it's ready.
How long does it take?
Between 24 hours and 3 days, depending on the reading — a single question comes back next day; our deepest career and love readings take up to three. The exact time is shown on each reading before you buy.
Privacy & payment
Is my information private?
Completely. Your birth details and question are used only to prepare your reading. We never sell your data and never share it without your consent. See our privacy policy.
How do I pay?
All major UPI apps, cards, net banking and popular wallets, through a secure Indian payment gateway. Prices are one-time — there's no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If a reading doesn't meet the standard we promise, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right or refund you in full. Read the full refund policy.
Will you try to upsell me?
No. We don't sell gemstones, pujas, or "remedies to remove curses". One fair price for an honest reading — that's the whole business.
